Tasty low carb protein pancakes
This pancake has it all; great taste, great nutrition, without all the carbs of your typical pancake. You will feel full and satisfied for hours after eating these savory and buttery pancakes.

- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 eggs use free range, organic if possible
- 1 tbsp butter use grass-fed butter
- 1 tbsp half and half
- 1 pinch salt Himalayan salt has more flavor
Add 2 tbsp coconut flour into a mixing bowl.
Stir in eggs, melted butter, half and half, and salt. Mix thoroughly
Meanwhile heat your pan on medium heat. I prefer to use a cast iron skillet here to make the cake more crispy.
Once the pan is heated up, add a dab of grass-fed butter so that the cake doesn't stick. Spread the butter out thoroughly in the pan.
Add about half of the batter to the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
