The Best Blanket for Night Sweats
I was a bit skeptical when I began reading about cooling comforters because I didn’t think that they would work.
Was I ever wrong about that.
I received a Z-Magic Cooling Comforter from Zonli and while very soft, I didn’t believe it truly would be cooling, but it is.
Believe it or not, I was too cold when using this blanket on mid spring nights in Montana!

I love this blanket so much. If you think it can’t work consider this: we got too cold using it in the spring.
Both my husband and I felt too cold when using it this spring. No joke. And he’s a hot sleeper while I’m age 50. While I don’t have hot flashes yet, my internal heater is revved up these days.
After trying it, I learned that the reason it is so cool is that it has breathable materials that help regulate body temperature.
It is also nice and lightweight for use during summer months.
And let me tell you about its silky texture! It is so silky that it feels like real silk only much softer somehow.
Its 100% bamboo viscose fabric is part of why it is so soft. It also contains Japan’s temperature-regulating technology fabric called Chillmax. The Chillmax side is the lighter colored side of the blanket just so you know, which goes towards your skin.
