About The Healthy RD Blog, the Gut Health Blogger

Find current nutrition and wellness updates all at your fingertips in The Healthy RD Nutrition Blog

You want healthy eating tips and supplement advice, but every day in the news, there is conflicting information.   My goal is to help you sift through a lot of the nonsense and find holistic nutrition tools to help you feel better.  To help you with this, I give you the latest health and food research information in an easy-to-digest format-no pun intended.

What makes The Healthy RD blog unique?

As a registered dietitian nutritionist of 20+ years, mainstream nutrition is a good foundation but has failed many of my patients and me.  The more nutrition research I read, the more I know this is true.  As a nutrition blogger, I pass on all my knowledge to you.

That is why I have become a functional nutrition expert through advanced training with The Institute of Functional Medicine.

What does this mean for you?  My nutrition blog will help you get to the root cause of health issues.  While I am not your personal healthcare provider, I will help you learn how to ask the right questions when you do seek help.
